A Short Bio

Veteran of 87 entertainment companies, TWS Artistic Associate, Actors Collective co-founder and former Pac-Rep Actor-in-Residence, Jeff’s roles include John Barrymore (I Hate Hamlet) MPC, TWS, and The Listening Place; Holmes (TWS’s Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure; The Mask of Moriarty in which he doubled as Moriarty and Holmes For The Holidays, as well as Actors Collective’s remounting of Holmes For The Holidays and sequel Holmes Sweet Holmes); TWS’s Doremus Jessup (It Can’t Happen Here), Elwood P. Dowd (Harvey) and Max Prince (Laughter on the Twenty-Third Floor); PacRep’s Menenius (CoriolanUS), Enobarbus (Antony and Cleopatra), King John (King John), Prospero (The Tempest), Henry VI (Plantagenets trilogy), Dr. Willis (The Madness of George III) and Ratty (Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride). Favorite role: King Henry (The Lion in Winter) Actors Collective.

Jeff has directed 58 productions including TWS SPRINGfest’s Check, Please; Are You Now, Or Have You Ever Been; The Mystery at Twicknam Vicarage and Harvey Landa’s Why Norman Finkelstein Doesn’t Call and Breakfast at Nudelman’s; PacRep’s Twelfth Night, Cymbeline and Richard III; and Actors Collective’s Boston Marriage; Old Times and The Painful Predicament of Sherlock Holmes.

Jeff has had five scripts produced and three given stage readings at the GroveMont Theatre (Monterey), Pacific Repertory Theater (Carmel), The Western Stage (Salinas), Actors Collective Media Entertainment (Monterey County), B3 Theatre (Phoenix) and elsewhere.

Jeff studied at nine institutions of higher learning and with several coaches.
